Ride Guide

Morning check-in begins at 7:00 AM
Afternoon check-in begins at 12:00 PM

Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your ride time. You'll get your bike number and New Balance t-shirt.
Team Captains assign ride times for their team members. Check with your Captain to confirm your schedule!

Parking is available on the 2nd level of the parking structure attached to the Pacific City Shopping Center on Pacific Avenue, between 1st Street and Huntington. Participants will be given a full-day parking validation ticket at the Check-In tables.

Sneakers: All riders must bring sneakers! We cannot guarantee your cycling shoes will be compatible with the bikes.

Lockers and showers are available to all participants.

Bring a horizontal 5”x7” picture or message to display on the Tribute Wall. We will also have blank cards available at the ride.

Donations will be accepted at events by credit card or check.

Team Photo: Don’t forget to have your team take a memorable group picture in front of the official Cycle for Survival backdrop! We will post team and event photos on Facebook and Flickr the week following your ride.

Food and Beverage: There will be plenty of complimentary food and smartwater® beverages available during the event.

Kids’ Zone: There will be activities to keep children entertained. Kids must be supervised at all times—especially when you’re riding. Equinox, MSK, nor Cycle for Survival are responsible for watching your children.

How Cycle for Survival Works

    Become a team captain and start a team—or register as a member of an existing team that you've been invited to join. Teams have 4-8 riders per bike.

    Each bike has a minimum fundraising requirement of $1,000, but the average team raises $5,000 per bike.

    Each ride includes four back-to-back 50-minute sessions. Team members ride relay-style sharing a stationary bike.
