Whether this is your first or your 20th Cycle for Survival season, we’ve got you covered. Keep reading to find more information about event day and learn what to expect on-site.

Your ride

Get ready for an exclusive, high-energy Cycle for Survival experience! Your team’s ride will be 45 minutes long, led by an Equinox instructor. You and your teammates will ride side by side in an Equinox cycling studio.

Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your ride time. Ride times are listed by team in the schedule below.

Check-in

When you arrive, let the front desk staff know you’re there for Cycle for Survival! Staff will direct you to get your Cycle for Survival participant T-shirt, make a cheer sign to hang on your bike, and take a team photo.

Water provided

Thanks to our Official Hydration Sponsor, Essentia®, Essentia® Ionized Alkaline Water will be provided for all event attendees. Complimentary food will also be available.

Please bring a pair of sneakers. If you would like to bring your own cycling shoes, our bikes support SPD and Delta clips, but please bring a pair of sneakers as well.

What to expect on-site

Ride, connect, and experience the heart of Cycle for Survival

When you arrive at Equinox, let the front desk staff know you’re there for Cycle for Survival. They will show you where to go.

You’ll pick up your participant T-shirt (courtesy of Custom Ink) and enjoy complimentary food and beverages, with Essentia® Ionized Alkaline Water provided by our Official Hydration Sponsor, Essentia®. You’ll also have a chance to make a cheer sign to hang on your bike and take a team photo.

Any exclusive fundraising gear you’ve earned thanks to our Official Performance Apparel Sponsor, NOBULL, will be mailed to you.

Parking, locker rooms, and accessibility

Parking is available at the Rainier Square Parking Garage, 405–409 Union St., Seattle, WA 98101. You can validate parking at the Equinox front desk.

Locker rooms, bathrooms, and showers will be available.  

This location is ADA-accessible. Please contact us if you have any additional accessibility requests. 

Participant eligibility and studio access

All participants must be at least 16 years old and registered through your team's cycleforsurvival.org team page. Contact us for youth participation details.

No spectators will be permitted in the studio.
