Your Cycle for Survival support hub

Thanks so much for your hard work fundraising for Cycle for Survival and supporting rare cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK). You can update your fundraising goal at any time throughout the season by logging into your Cycle for Survival account and clicking into the Participant Center. In the “Home” tab under the thermometer showing your fundraising progress, you’ll see your fundraising goal with a button underneath that says “change”. After you update your fundraising goal there, that updated goal will be reflected on your fundraising page.

First, double-check that you’re entering your username and password correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive. 

If needed, you can reset your password or request a one-time login link.

Online donations are processed automatically and immediately applied to your fundraising total. Gifts made by check or money order are processed and applied to your fundraising total within 5-7 business days of being received by Cycle for Survival.

From the time the initial matching gift request is submitted with the sponsoring organization, it can take one to four months for a matching gift to arrive, be processed, and get posted to your fundraising page.

The amount of time between when a DAF gift is requested and when it arrives at MSK varies based on the gift delivery method and DAF provider. Please allow up to four weeks for your DAF gift to arrive, be processed, and get posted to your fundraising page.

Online donations will receive an acknowledgment via email once the gift is processed. If you need to request a new gift receipt for an online donation, you can do so here.
