Plan your ride

Organize your team’s ride schedule for a smooth event day.

Plan ahead by ensuring all riders are registered for your team online. Then, use the rider schedule we will provide to assign riders to a 50-minute segment for a seamless experience. Using the schedule is optional, but thoughtful scheduling keeps everyone engaged and organized!

Divide your ride into 50-minute segments to keep energy high. If needed, riders can take multiple turns and ride in 25-minute increments!

Complete a rider schedule

Before your event, we’ll email you a rider schedule to complete. Once you fill it out, share it with your team so that they can plan and prepare accordingly.
