Browser Cookie Settings
We have been made aware that some of our riders who are trying to log in may be redirected back to the login page or a blank page when attempting to sign in. This seems to be due to a browser setting, where 3rd party cookies are blocked. Below are instructions for how to get around these issues.
Google Chrome
- On Desktop Access Chrome Privacy settings by copying and pasting chrome://settings/content/cookies into your browser address bar.
- Turn on the option to Allow sites to save and read cookie data
- Turn off the option to Block third-party cookies.
To allow cookies only for Participant Center pages:
- Access Chrome Privacy settings, by copying and pasting chrome://settings/content/cookies into your browser address bar.
- In the Allow section, click Add.
- Enter the following in the Site field: [*.]blackbaud.com
- Click Add On
Android Devices
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app
- In the top right, tap the menu button
- Select Settings
- Select Site Settings
- Select Cookies
- Ensure the Cookies option and the Allow third party cookies option are both enabled

Mozilla Firefox
- On Desktop Click the Firefox menu button and select Content Blocking.
- The Privacy & Security panel of Firefox Options will open so you can view your settings for Content Blocking, which includes cookies.
- Select the Standard content blocking option to use the default setting which blocks only third-party tracking cookies.
- If you want to set Custom options, ensure you do not select "All third-party cookies (may cause websites to break)"
To allow cookies only for Participant Center pages:
- Select Tools, Options from the menu bar.
- Highlight Privacy & Security
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, select Manage Permissions...
- Address of website: https://blackbaud.com
- Click Allow
- Save Changes

Safari
On Desktop
- Access the Safari Preferences menu, either under Safari > Preferences or ⌘, on your keyboard
- Click Privacy
- Uncheck the boxes for both Website Tracking and Cookies and Website Data.
On iOS
- Open the Settings App
- Select Safari
- In Privacy & Security, turn off Block All Cookies
- At this time, users also need to turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking in Safari.

Internet Explorer
On Desktop
- Select Tools, Internet Options from the menu bar.
- Select the Privacy tab and click Advanced.
- Mark the Override automatic cookie handling checkbox.
- Mark the First-party Cookies, Third-party Cookies, and Always allow session cookies check boxes.
