Your ride

We are offering two four-hour events at Equinox Darien on Sat, Feb 7 from 8 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1 p.m.–5 p.m.

When to arrive

Check-in opens one hour before the start of your event. Please arrive 30 minutes to one hour before your assigned ride time, which is designated by your team captain.

Water provided

Thanks to our Official Hydration Sponsor, Essentia®, Essentia® Ionized Alkaline Water will be provided for all event attendees. Complimentary food will be available in the food and beverage room.

Locker rooms, bathrooms, and showers will be available for use.

What to wear

Please arrive in the clothing you plan to wear while you ride. You’ll get a participant T-shirt (courtesy of Custom Ink) when you check in and can pick up any exclusive fundraising gear you’ve earned thanks to our Official Performance Apparel Sponsor, NOBULL.

Please bring a pair of sneakers. If you would like to bring your own cycling shoes, our bikes support SPD and Delta clips, but please bring a pair of sneakers as well.

Parking

Complimentary parking will be available in the Equinox Darien parking lot. Space is limited, and we encourage carpooling. Once the Equinox Darien lot is full, parking attendants will direct you to additional complimentary parking across the street at the Noroton Heights Train Station.

Get ready to ride with our incredible Equinox instructors, hear powerful stories from our community, and be inspired by research updates from MSK doctors.  

You’ll also be able to take a team photo, pick up your participant T-shirt and any exclusive fundraising gear you’ve earned thanks to our Official Performance Apparel Sponsor, NOBULL, and enjoy our food and beverage area, with Essentia® Ionized Alkaline Water provided by our Official Hydration Sponsor, Essentia®.

Parking, locker rooms, and accessibility

Complimentary parking will be available in the Equinox Darien parking lot. Space is limited, and we encourage carpooling. Once the Equinox Darien lot is full, parking attendants will direct you to additional complimentary parking across the street at the Noroton Heights Train Station.
